Packaging & Delivery
The assembly is individually sealed against moisture and dust first, then packed in thickened export cartons with cushioning to avoid shipping impact; bulk quantities are reinforced or stretch-wrapped on pallets, and shipping marks and batch numbers are printed on outer cartons as required. EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR are supported, with photos and QC details shared in sync. Standard mass production takes about one week and bulk orders about one month; after sample approval, custom parts take 10-15 working days for simple structures and 20-30 working days for complex structures, with shorter lead times for repeat orders.

Q3: How long is the warranty?
