Our factory was established in 2010, and we have been manufacturing cold-headed parts for 16 years. We use multi-station cold heading machines, producing metal parts that are denser and much stronger than machined parts. Every day, we manufacture 1.5 million flat rivets on both sides, so large orders are no problem.

We use GB/T 6478-2015 standard cold heading steel, with carbon content between 0.22% and 0.40%. We control quality from the very beginning, testing wire hardness and size upon material arrival. During production, we monitor cold heading, thread rolling, and surface treatment at set intervals. Our optical sorter automatically removes defective parts.

For high-end orders, we perform a 100% manual inspection before packing. You may also send a third-party inspector to our factory; we open our workshop and records for full transparency. We are IATF16949 certified, meeting all strict automotive manufacturer requirements.

Can you make parts from my drawing or sample? 

Yes, we are experts in custom parts. Send us your drawing or sample; we will create the tool and provide samples. After your approval, we begin mass production. Standard custom samples take about one month; special materials or complex shapes take 2–3 months.

We provide a 12-month warranty: if our flat rivets on both sides break or rust due to our process, we replace them free of charge. Payment terms are 70% deposit and 30% before shipping. Standard products ship within one week, while large orders take about one month. We use export-standard packaging: anti-rust bags, thick cartons, and pallets for large loads.
