Flat Head Steel Rivets

Our flat head steel rivets feature a round, flat top. The head sits flush with the part surface, so it does not protrude or interfere with other components. You can find these rivets in car sheet metal, farm machinery covers, and electric control boxes.

One farm equipment exporter approached us because his machine covers vibrated heavily outdoors. Standard rivet heads came loose and protruded, allowing branches to pull them off. Our flat head steel rivets have a head size tolerance of ±0.05 mm and shaft concentricity within 0.03 mm. Hardness for carbon steel parts is HV220–280. We use a hardness tester, tensile tester, and salt spray chamber daily. In-process inspections and final sampling ensure quality. For key clients, we perform a 100% check before packing.

Do you support OEM or private label? Yes. We can manufacture parts from your drawing and pack them under your brand, keeping everything confidential. Send us a sample or drawing, and we will evaluate the process. After approval, we create the tool and provide a sample. Mass production takes 10–15 working days after sample approval.

For urgent orders, we can prioritize your job. You will have a dedicated sales representative who provides pictures or videos of production progress, allowing you to monitor from your office. We support EXW, FOB, and CIF shipping. Long-term customers may receive preferential payment terms.

Our export packaging uses moisture-proof bags and thick cartons, and large orders are palletized with stretch film. Shipments are safe by sea or air freight.
