Miniature Rivets

Our miniature rivets are designed for very small spaces. The smallest diameter is 2 mm, and the shortest length is 4 mm. These tiny rivets are commonly used in mobile phones, camera lens modules, micro motors, electronic connectors, eyeglass hinges, and precision instruments.

A drone gimbal motor customer approached us because his motor housing was the size of a thumb. Standard rivets could not fit. We provided our product with a 2 mm diameter and 6 mm length, which fit perfectly through two 1 mm thick aluminum plates. These product are now his standard part.

Our cold heading machines can produce extremely small parts. We manufacture 1.5 million fasteners daily, with product accounting for a significant portion. We are IATF16949 certified, the highest automotive industry standard-more than sufficient for electronic applications.

Our miniature rivets have a dedicated production line. High-precision, multi-station cold heading machines ensure consistent sizes. Head diameter tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and concentricity between the head and shaft is within 0.03 mm.

We use high-magnification projectors and metallurgical microscopes to measure tiny sizes accurately. Head grain flow is checked to ensure no folds or cracks. Hardness for steel product is controlled at HV260–320, preventing slippage or breakage during installation. Stainless steel miniature rivets withstand 240 hours in salt spray tests without rust, making them suitable for outdoor use.
