Countersunk Solid Rivets

Our countersunk solid rivets feature a 90-degree cone head. After installation, the head sits fully flush with the part surface. This design is ideal for multi-layer sheet metal. These rivets are commonly used in truck chassis guards, construction machine cabs, and elevator walls.

We assisted a heavy truck chassis modification company that needed to attach a 5 mm steel plate to the frame rail. A standard rivet head was too tall, hitting pipes and wires. We recommended our product, which sit fully embedded in the steel plate, allowing wires to pass over without interference. This company now lists our countersunk solid rivets as a standard part.

Our countersunk solid rivets have a head angle of 90 degrees. Head thickness tolerance is ±0.06 mm, and total length tolerance is ±0.10 mm. We use one-step cold heading, producing a head with complete grain flow and no folds or cracks. Carbon steel hardness is HV260–320, preventing head deformation during installation.

Our salt spray testing is rigorous. Standard zinc-plated parts resist white rust for 48 hours. For enhanced protection, Dacromet coating provides over 96 hours, and outdoor-grade parts can reach 120 hours.

Can you make parts from my drawing? Yes. We support drawing-based, sample-based, and design-optimized orders. Send us your drawing or prototype; we evaluate it and produce the tool. After your confirmation, we proceed to mass production.
