Car Fasteners Fixings

Our car fasteners fixings cover all vehicle systems. This is a general-purpose series. It includes 8.8 and 10.9 grade bolts, nuts, washers, screws, rivets, and pins. You can find our product on truck chassis, body, powertrain, electrical systems, and interior trim. One of our customers is a medium truck maker. He used to buy from seven or eight suppliers for different parts. That was hard to manage. Quality problems caused finger-pointing. We gave him one complete package of car fasteners fixings. From chassis to cab to cargo box, all bolts, screws, and rivets came from us. His purchasing staff went from five to one. His inventory types went from 300 to 80. He has worked with us for five years.

Our factory is IATF16949 certified. We can manage quality and delivery for all vehicle fasteners. Our car fasteners fixings meet QC/T 518-2017 and GB/T 26572. Strength is mainly 8.8 grade for general use. Load-bearing parts use 10.9 grade. Temperature range is -40℃ to 120℃ with long-term stability. Vibration preload loss is no more than 12%. RoHS limits are met for hexavalent chromium, lead, and other harmful substances. Mounting holes, threads, and head sizes follow common carmaker tolerances. Our product line covers bolts, screws, pins, dowel pins, shafts, step shafts, and rivets. We run transverse vibration tests, salt spray tests, and torque coefficient tests. The torque coefficient stays between 0.10 and 0.16, which is the standard for vehicle assembly.
