Car Panel Screws

Our car panel screws are self-tapping screws made for car assembly. They cut their own thread inside metal or plastic parts. You do not need to drill a hole first. Just drive them in. This saves a lot of time on the line. You can find our product on interior trim, door panels, dashboards, bumpers, and underbody shields. One of our customers makes car seats. He used to put a nut inside the plastic shell before driving a screw. That took 20 seconds per seat. We gave him our car panel screws. He drove them directly into the plastic posts. The whole step took only 5 seconds. His seat assembly line doubled its output.

Our factory covers 10,000 square meters. We have cold heading machines, thread rollers, and centerless grinders. We make 1.5 million pieces every day. So we can handle big orders easily. Our product follow GB/T 3098.5-2016 and GB/T 5280-2002. We use 10B21, 35#/45# carbon steel, SUS304, or SUS430. Surface finishes include zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, dacromet, phosphating, passivation, and black oxide. Tensile strength is at least 500MPa for self-tapping types. Head hardness stays HRC20-30. That means the head does not crack when you drive it. Thread tolerance meets ST class 2. The teeth are clean and sharp.
