What They Are and Where You Need Them
Our product are made for welding and assembly on the car body. They take on heavy vibration, moisture, and long-term wear. You can find them on door hinges, seat mounting points, seatbelt anchors, and roof rack brackets. One of our customers does seat modifications. His seat bolts kept coming loose after hard driving. We gave him our body fasteners for cars with a special anti-loosening coating. The transverse vibration test showed only 8% preload loss. That is much lower than the industry standard. He switched all his seats to our products.

How We Control Quality and Performance
Our factory holds the IATF16949 certificate. That is the top standard in the car industry. We use tools like APQP, PPAP, and FMEA. So we control everything from R&D to delivery. We also run transverse vibration tests on every batch. These tests copy real driving shakes. The preload loss stays under 10%. That means our body fasteners for cars do not come loose by themselves. We also test for torque coefficient, salt spray, and wedge load. For 8.8 grade, we keep HRC22-32. And we pass RoHS for environment safety.
Our body fasteners for cars work well from -40℃ to 150℃. There is no performance drop. We supply to SAIC, GAC, and Great Wall Motors all year round. The warranty is 12 months. You can also arrange a third-party inspection at our factory.
