Packaging & Delivery

Each motor is individually bagged against moisture; terminals get protective caps to prevent pin bending and the shaft extension gets a sleeve, then it goes into a carton with cushioning lining; multiple units are separated to prevent cylindrical housings from striking each other. Bulk quantities are reinforced in cartons or stretch-wrapped on pallets; outer cartons carry marks and batch number. EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR are supported. Standard orders take about one week and bulk orders about one month; after sample approval, custom parts deliver in 10-15 working days (simple) or 20-30 working days (complex).
