Revolving Shafts

We manufacture revolving shafts as precise cylindrical rods. These shafts are used in parts that require rotary motion, such as car AC air doors, electric seat adjusters, mirror folding units, and motor output shafts. A revolving shaft must withstand twisting and bending forces, which is why we strictly control straightness and surface finish. One of our clients produces AC air door motors. Their motor output shaft requires high accuracy-if the shaft bends even slightly, the air door sticks and makes noise. We use centerless grinding machines to polish our product, achieving straightness below 0.02 mm and a surface roughness of Ra3.2 μm. After assembly, the motor runs smoothly. This client awarded us the "Best Supplier" title for three consecutive years.

We have an independent quality and technology department that specializes in cold forming, heat treatment, and surface finishing. This team develops and samples high-strength products and also manages mass production. Our revolving shafts are available in diameters from φ2 to 10 mm and lengths from 4 to 40 mm. Materials include 10B21, ML08AL, 35# steel, 45# steel, SUS304, and SUS430. Surface finish options include zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, Dacromet, phosphating, passivation, and blackening. Our straightness standard is extremely tight: no more than 0.02 mm per 100 mm of full length. Outer diameter tolerance meets h6 or h7 grade. Hardness can reach HV220 to HV280. For higher-strength requirements, we also offer carburizing or quenching and tempering.

Do we have our own R&D team? Yes. Our process development and quality technology department focuses on cold forming, heat treatment, and surface finishing. We accept non-standard designs and special materials. How long does it take for a sample? Standard non-standard samples take about one month, while special or complex shapes require two to three months. We schedule production efficiently and deliver on time. Before taking orders, we provide a reasonable lead time and develop a complete production plan. Each step is overseen by a dedicated person. We maintain raw material stock to reduce waiting times, and if any issues arise, we notify clients early and adjust quickly. Large clients benefit from reserved production slots. Repeat orders are faster because tooling and parameters are already set. We work with Geely, Chery, and Great Wall Motors, and delivery has never been an issue.
