Non Standard Screw

Non standard screws follow your drawing exactly. Standard screws have fixed head types, drive types, and threads. Our screws can be any shape you need. For example, a countersunk head with a security pin. Or a hex socket with flange serrations. Or a non standard thread pitch. You can find non standard screws in electronic device cases, medical tools, drones, and precision instruments. One drone customer needed a very low head. The head height was only 1.2 mm. But it had to take high tightening torque. Standard screws could not do that. We made a cold formed screw with full grain flow. No folds. The failure torque was 1.3 times the standard value. He bought one million pieces from us.

We have optical sorters, vibration screens, projectors, and metallurgical microscopes. Accuracy and reliability are guaranteed. The cold forming process gives full grain flow in the head. No folds, cracks, or missing material. Coating thickness is 5-15 μm. It is even without bare spots. For stainless steel 304, salt spray test passes 240 hours. For coated carbon steel, it passes 200 hours. We do metallurgical checks for case depth. Surface hardness is high but the core stays tough.
