Socket Head Cap Screws have a cylindrical head with an internal hex drive recess on top, driven by an Allen wrench; the strong head withstands large tightening torque and is commonly used for fastening mechanical equipment, automotive parts, electromechanical equipment and molds. Cold heading plus rolling gives a regular cylindrical head and accurate hex recess; after assembly the head sits flush with even load distribution, customizable by thread size, length and head size.

 

OEM/ODM OEM/ODM and private labeling are supported; thread, length and cylindrical-head size are customized per drawings or samples under confidential production. Thread gauge and hex alignment are confirmed on the pre-production sample before mass production; standard non-standard samples take about one month and special materials or surface treatments about 2-3 months. Off-the-shelf samples are free with the customer covering freight, the custom mold fee is deductible against bulk orders, and MOQ is negotiable.

Quality Control The factory is certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO environmental management system and RoHS, equipped with hardness testing, torque testing, imaging measurement and thread gauges. For this model, focus is on cylindrical-head diameter and height, hex-recess depth and alignment, checking non-chipped mouths and undeformed heads; thread is checked batch by batch with a gauge. Wire is inspected incoming, cold heading and rolling patrolled, products pass salt-spray testing for rust resistance, dimensions and appearance spot-checked before dispatch; premium and custom orders undergo 100% inspection before packing, key characteristics are managed under APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC, and third-party inspection can be accommodated.

Screws are rust- and moisture-sealed in fixed-quantity boxes or bags into thickened export cartons; packaging focuses on protecting the hex recess from crushing and threads from friction, with multiple pieces separated; bulk quantities are palletized and stretch-wrapped, outer cartons print marks, batch number and quantity, suiting long sea freight. EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR are supported, with on-site photos and QC videos shared during production. Standard mass production takes about one week and bulk orders about one month; after sample approval, custom parts deliver in 10-15 working days for simple structures and 20-30 working days for complex structures, with urgent orders prioritized.
