Phillips Countersunk Head Screw

A Phillips Countersunk Head Screw has a cone-shaped head. After installation, the head sits completely flush with your part, giving a perfectly flat surface with no protrusion. Car manufacturers prefer this screw for dashboard panels and screens. One client used it for a car display housing. Normal round-head screws protruded too much, preventing the cover from closing properly. Our Phillips Countersunk Head Screw solved the problem. The head sat flush with the housing, allowing the cover to fit perfectly. Now, this screw is used in three of their car models. We make it strong and reliable.

Our screws comply with GB/T 3098.5-2016. The tensile strength for carbon steel is at least 450 MPa. Head hardness is HRC 20–30. The screw will not break during tightening. We have RoHS certification, ensuring all harmful substances remain within safe limits, so you can export to the EU without concern. The cross-recess depth follows GB/T 944.1. We test the breaking torque with a torque tester, which reaches 1.2 times the standard value. We also perform a salt spray test on every batch. Standard zinc plating resists white rust for 48 hours, while outdoor versions last 72+ hours.

The Phillips Countersunk Head Screw is available in many sizes: diameters from φ2 to 10 mm and lengths from 4 to 40 mm. Materials include 10B21, 35#, 45# steel, SUS304, and SUS430. Surface finishes include zinc, nickel, chrome, Dacromet, phosphate, passivation, and black oxide. The head angle is either 90° or 82°. Head thickness tolerance is ±0.06 mm. Thread precision is 6g grade. All screws pass go/no-go gauge inspection. We use cold heading and thread rolling to ensure full, clean threads. For non-standard screws, we can manufacture according to your drawing. Coaxiality is maintained under 0.03 mm, and high-strength grades are free from hydrogen embrittlement.
