OEM/ODM
OEM/ODM OEM/ODM and private labeling are supported; holes and plate thickness are checked per vehicle drawings or wiper samples before tooling and sampling under confidential production. Standard non-standard samples take about one month and special structures about 2-3 months. Off-the-shelf samples are free with the customer paying freight, and the mold fee is deductible against bulk orders.

Packaging & Delivery
Rivets are rust- and moisture-sealed in fixed-quantity bags into thickened cartons to avoid shank friction; bulk quantities are stretch-wrapped on pallets; outer cartons carry marks, batch number and vehicle part number. EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR are supported. Standard mass production takes about one week and bulk orders about one month; after sample approval, custom parts deliver in 10-15 working days (simple) or 20-30 working days (complex).
